"Electric Turbine" what is that supposed to mean? Does it convert a turbine heli to an electric heli? I don't see much point in that.

It's a really bad mangling of English by the Germans. Look at the end can of the motor, there is actually a fan there, or "turbine" that forces air through the motor from back to front to cool it.
