Hello all. I'm brand new here, and brand new to flying. I plan on massive success, but understand that it will come at a...um...co$t...in patience.
I've looked through a few forums and this one seems to contain a positive bunch of peeps - I haven't ran across any flamed responses, at least. So, if y'all don't mind helping a complete noob... What I've got going on for my entry into this endeavor: JR 8103H + anylink and a Heli Max CP 100. The heli is due to arrive next week. I used to have RealFlight, but when I messed around with my buddy's heli, I quit using the sim because it just wasn't translating for me. So, I do have an initial question. What are the dimensions for the stock battery in the CP 100? Or, if someone has already done the research, what other batteries will fit? I searched the forums and didn't come up with an answer... Thanks a lot! |

A quick Google Search for Novus CP batteries had this as one of the top results:
http://www.wowhobbies.com/heli-max-n...-cp-parts.aspx You're going to need to pay attention to battery connector. I don't know about Hobbico gear, but Horizon Hobby is notorious for changing battery connector type with new batteries and/or larger batteries. |
