Just throwing an idea out there to see how much interest there would be in vinyl canopy wraps.
I'm able to design any scheme from mild to wild. Wraps would be printed using a Mimaki CMYK printer on high performance 3M wrap vinyl with clear laminate. That's the same vinyl we use on vehicle wraps. Clear laminate would protect if from scratches and UV rays. Total thickness would be around 3 mil. Until a good data base of canopy patterns is established you would need to send your canopy in. If there is any interest, let me know and will figure up a price. |

Sounds interesting! Can something other than clear be used? I have several canopies I could donate for a test but none that are not already painted.

Sorry for the delay in answering...with the holiday and some personal business, I have been busy
I can wrap a painted or unpainted canopies. If you have one you'd like to send in, please let me know and I'll give you the address to send them to. The wraps are removable, so the paint underneath is unharmed. The clear laminate can be left off to save weight, but would be subject to scratches. You give me a basic idea of what you want design/color-wise and I can run from there, you will be emailed a layout for your approval after which changes can be made. Once the design is approved, it will take 2-3 business days to complete, sometimes less. I've slowly been working on my Trex 600 and 700 canopies, but will have even more time to get them finished after the first of the year.Let me know if you have any questions Thanks, Dennis |

Dipping has been the latest thing. I have seen a canopy dipped and it looks really cool. Just google paint dipping.
