Thanks to Carol and the fine folks at Futaba this week we have a GY611 Gyro and servo!

The winner will selected Friday the 5th of September.

We have a random # generator program that we use. We put in a request for a random number between 4 and X number. It will randomly pick one, and thats the number that corresponds to your # in order you signed up. We use the # 4 as the beginning number because the 4 people who run this place arent eligible.

My Son flies helis, I prefer to stay with something that does not break the Laws of Physics. He flies a Blade 400 and has a Gas powered one under restoration. This gyro could help replace some of the old equipment on it.

I tend to agree, but the rules say all you have to do is register, and I was just checking - I'm a programmer, so I'm a little technical about these things. Technically, a "post randomizer" would produce weighted results based on post count... I'm ok with it either way, I just wanted to know.

I can see what you mean about the post thing. The problem I see is that the folks who originally only sign up and post once would end up flodding this place with meaningless posts. You'd end up with someone with like 2500 posts that none of them say anything meaningful. Perhaps when the randomizer picks someone, they could go check that user out to see if they are actually active.
