It's a page where you can view the new posts scrolling by in real time as they are being posted. It's called "Forum Spy" at RCGroups.
I initially thought we won't need it at first while the forum is picking up speed, but looks like I was wrong...

Actually Michael who replied above you is our TECH GURU.
I'm OK, Michael is DA MAN!

We will be discussing a ton of different options.

I would like to get the "AME - The Automatic Media Embeding System" plug -in running as well.
It automatically embeds all the videos you guys link to, to the thread your posting in.
It ROCKS on FG.

As the site progresses, we will make adjustments as needed to make sure Crackroll.com is the most uptodate, user friendly and BAD ASS Heli site on the web. (The other sites are cool as well, so I'm not bashing any of them, but with out positive competition, "pushing each other" if you will, sites can get stale.)

I enjoy it on FG because I can see a part of the post where I might not have clicked. All around cool page!

That would be nice to have. One thing I would like to see is locations. For some reason it is kind of a pet peeve when people don't fill in their location. Some answers will vary depending on location. I saw a for sale ad that suggested local pickup, but didn't have a location filled out. Just a thought from me.

I don't have a location...... When I want one, I'll put it up. My choice.

I know it's your choice. Like I said, it is just something I like to see.

Ok it's named differently but it's the same thing: Forum Spy (http://www.crackroll.com/forums/spy.php). It polls the server for new posts every 60 seconds.
The link is in the "Forum Navigation" menu.
