Yea Please guys check your radios.

2.4 version 9303.

Here is one of FG members radios wires frayed fairly badly!

Do NOT do the repair your self! I had a frayed wire pretty bad and on exmaination I thought NO PRoblem a little solder and a reroute and she is as good as new.. Yeah she looks great wires are perfect no pulling on the wires NO rubbing Perfect right? NOT she NO longer transmitts. MY impatience bites again.. Back in the red box and out to Champaine she goes.. "Hi my name is Gmoney and I am an IDIOT"

Anybody know the address to send my JUNK TOO?

i repaired mine myself. it took about 2 min. i didn't break out the solder gun though. the wire wasn't broken so i didn't fix it. the insulation had worn down somewhat, just put a dab of shoe glue on there and done.

i'd say if you've got wires about to break, you'd prolly wanna send it in.

otherwise, glue it, screw it.

HERE (http://www.horizonhobby.com/Articles/Article.aspx?ArticleID=1822) is the bulletin

Mine was worn real bad... I removed the three wires and replaced all three. Wasn't hard at all and it sure beats waiting 2 weeks for repair.

an unfortunate wire routing issue... Wire basicly gets pinched between the gimbal and the 2.4 ghz board's voltage regulator. Fairly easy to cure... but disastrous if you don't get it fixed.

It's a real easy fix and quick to do..

You just posted a link to another link. Better to post the issue right here. It is serious enough to warrant immediate attention.

There is a lot more than just a link there. Lots of good info on how to fix yourself, or when to send it in to be done.

Checked mine out and it was almost all the way through, I figure about 6 more flights and I would have lost my Synergy........

10 minute fix.........Come winter I will send it in for warranty and have it done by a pro...........
