So I know there are a lot of different variances and factors that weigh into this question but, what batteries and charger are you running and how long does it take you to charge them?

I have an 11.1V 1800MAH 3s lipo with a stock Esky charger and it takes me like 2.5 to 3 hours to get a full charge, that seems like a really long time to be charging a battery...

Ditch the stock charger and get a real one. My first was a bantam bc-6 then I got a Kong Power 100w for my TP balance plugs. I can charge my 2200 lipos at 2.2a on either charger and it's less then 45min. Not recommended but when I only had two lipos I could charge at 2.6 or 2.8a and cut that down to 30min or close to it - both ways I balanced each charge... Now that I have a good rotation of lipos I charge everything at 1c. I'm not familiar with esky chargers but if it's like my stock b400 charger they charge at like 1.0a through the balance port. A buddy of mine uses https://fusion-pack.com/productdetail.aspx?id=108&cat=88 that one and the menus and everything seem identical to my bc-6 that I paid almost 50$ more for. I also hear good things about cellpro chargers, I'm sure someone can chime in on them as they might be less yet?

That looks like a nice charger not a bad price either. I know I need to get one along with at least three or four other batteries. I hate flying electric with only one battery and a charger that takes 3 hours to charge it, I feel like right when I start to learn some new stuff I have to land and charge for 3 hours. I would like to have enough batteries to stay flying as long as I would want.

That was my exact thought process. The nitro guys (plankers) at the field hate me as if I really wanted to could fly for hours straight. Of course I do not and instead end up just BS'n behind the flight line between flights.... good times :)
