So I got this heli abut a month ago. At first I wasnt sure what to think of it, and after reading some of the threads on RC Groups, Runryder, and Helifreak, I was becoming a little disenchanted. Now that I have finally got this heli dialed in, I must say that she flys like a gem. It is so far my favorite in my fleet. I did my first (ever) loops and rolls with it today, and it went pretty well. I just wanted to start this tread to hear others good experience with this heli, as I think that it sometimes get's a bad rap. Please post your psitive feedback about this heli here.

I am closing this thread, as I have moved the subject to the HeliDirect thread.
I'll be honest, I don't see a problem posting it here. It's a 300 size heli and quite frankly, I wouldn't know to look in the helidirect forum for it. Please keep us posted.

so I'll keep it open. I am actually going to beta test a new frame for this heli. A user on RCG has designed one, and I'm going to put it through it's paces. I'll post some findings here once I get the frame.

So I did a rebuild with a v3 frame, now the heli is all V3. I also added some 255mm CF blades, and man did that make a difference. I was flying some heavier plastic blades that weighed about twice as much or more. Now the cyclic respinse is unreal, and the heli feels very light and responsive. I dont know why I didn't get these blades sooner.

So I got a couple 3s2p 2650mAh packs for a good deal from a guy on RCG. I took one apart and made it into 2 3s1p 1325Mah packs to save weight. I must say that the power my heli has now is unreal. The thing shoots off the pad like a rocket with no noticeable bogging, and I even have the throttle at 80 in norm, full stick, and at 90 in st1. I have it up to 100 in st2 but with this battery on it, I dont even want to touch that mode yet. It's right on the verge with this heli though, like if im not careful, I could tear it apart. There is a guy that is working on a mod from 3mm to 4mm on the main shaft, and has already modded the tail from 2 to 3mm. I think that the heli will be much more bulletproof that way.

I flew the heli yesterday and MAN what power it had. the think would pop off the ground like a rocket!! I did crash tho, a link in the head popped off and it flee from about 25 feet, and bent the main shaft, and the tail. Almost done rebuilding, and then I can post more findings (Crashes j/k).
