hey people,

how you doing?
I've got a small issue here people and i'm desperately seeking 'nirvana':

I have a Blade CP pro that came with its standard 72Mhz TX. I am aware of its built in 3 in 1 unit but this is question.

I have a GY240 that i could use with this chopper..and it was no worries installing that. Now i would like to use my X9303 2.4 with its reciever to this heli. I need to use this for the following reasons:

a) I fly Mode1 but the Tx that comes in the package is Mode2
b) I have this TX. (Nothing else would suffice, as its a beautiful radio by itself.)

Please somebody help me with this. Please, Please and again Please.
(Oh yeah; this is kinda like one of those 9-1-1 emergency distress calls!!)

Thankyou somuch in advance.

Kieth

You can do it, as I went full separates on my Falcon40 FP when I wanted to use a brushless motor/ESC. I do not know about the E-Flite Rx, but the Exceed-RC 4-in-1 (Walkera Dragonfly4 clone) only would work with the Tx provided, and that Tx would only work with that 4-in-1.

I ended up buying an el cheapo Walkera 7-ch radio & rx from ebay ($25 shipped!) and then I was able to use a receiver, gyro, and separate speed control for each motor (main & tail). I am currently using this Tx/Rx for my HBK2.

What specifically are you looking for help on?

Just remove the Blades receiver and put in a Spectrum receiver, a small one like the 6100.

I'm sure you could find a tx in mode 1, and get a 72mhz crystal for it.

how about this one? (http://www.hobbycity.com/hobbycity/store/uh_viewItem.asp?idProduct=7233)
