Hello,

I've been running a Logo500 3D with FP3700 for a few months now, and I'm thinking of switching for new batteries.
One reason is that with 550mm blades, the FP 3700 batteries get very very hot after a 3D flight.

The FlightPower Evo30 4500 6S seem to be a good choice:

FP4500 6S (22.2V)
Rating: 30/60C Norm/Max Discharge
Output: 22.2V Nominal, 4500mAh
Dimensions/wt: 6 1/2" x 1 3/4" x 1 7/8", 25 oz.
165mm x 45mm x 47mm, 710g

They are +130g heavier than the FP3700, I don't know how it feels in the air.
Anyone tried these ? (can you provide also your setup ? motor's KV, pinion, blade size please).

Thanks !

Have you thought about the new Desire Power and Outrage packs? They are all great packs, cost less than FP or TP, do not sag under power and are 30c and soon to be 35c rated. There are vids all over YouTube and RR. A friend of mine (Jag72) on RR swears by them and he has vids of his Logo 600 doing some INSANE stuff with these packs. They will be my next set of packs for sure.....Ron

I use 3700mAh 6S packs on my Logo 500 - they're really too small, as I only get 4:30 of sport flying, even with flybarless. I would suggest larger - a lot of people are flying packs in the ~5Ah range with Logo 500's. I'm planning on getting a couple of Zippy/Loong Max 6S 4k8mAh packs for my warmup flights because they're so cheap and eventually a couple of Outrage/Desire Power packs for showing off.
