Tweak and Tune, Bolivar MO June 26-28

We will be having our "Tweak N Tune" Summer Funfly again this year in Bolivar, MO June 26-28. Wipe your calendars clean and prepare to be there. This year's event will be biggest and the best "Tweak N Tune" we have had yet! We will keep you all posted in this thread on all the necessary detail as we get closer to the event. 3 days of fun! We have enough room to have a flight line as long as IRCHA!! RVs are welcome, but we do not have any electrical reserved for RVs or hookups. We will also have designated parking for RVs due to our event getting large we need to reserve the pit areas for shades and pit tables. Our field is very electric friendly with many outlets in the club house for those e-Heli pilots. 3 fun days of helis, music, nightflying, and fun!! See yall there! Start booking your hotels now!!! They will fill up fast!

By the way Ive been looking for the date on your event all year so that I could schedual mine around it and it wasent on runryder until about a month ago whats up with that. was there a change this year?

by the way I have a house in bearcreek (it about 10 mins from the feild) that I only use a few times a year if anyone is traveling from out of town and wants a place to stay for free hit me up and Ill be glad to let them stay. Yes we had to make a change. SBU graduation was the same weekend that we have been having it. The families of graduates suck up all the rooms and heli fliers end up having to lodge in Springfield. That's a PITA.

I havent had any responce to if anyone needs a place to stay, Ide kinda like to know before the event so I know how much food to buy for the weekend. If anyone plans on crashing at the house let me know please.
